Aloha Life Digital is seeking an experienced and driven SEO Project Manager to join our boutique SEO agency.
This role is pivotal in setting and executing SEO strategies for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with outstanding results. You’ll collaborate closely with the business owner, leveraging our proven in-house methods to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Work with the business owner to design SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals, balancing SEO priorities with overarching business priorities.
- Project Implementation: Oversee the execution of SEO strategies, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard by the team.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Plan and manage resources to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Results Delivery: Monitor key metrics and adapt strategies to ensure measurable improvements in organic traffic, rankings, and ROI.
- Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet our high standards and align with client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with content creators, technical SEO specialists, and other team members to deliver cohesive results.
- Client Liaison: Communicate progress, results, and next steps clearly and confidently to clients.
- Adherence to Methods: Follow our established in-house processes while bringing innovative ideas to improve workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
- SEO Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of full-time SEO experience with proven success in both technical SEO and content strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional English (native-level proficiency) with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to clients and team members.
- Balanced Perspective: Understands SEO’s role within a business and can prioritize accordingly.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of SEO tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console), and CMS platforms.
- Content Understanding: Experience in developing and optimizing content for organic performance.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage projects, delegate tasks, and motivate team members.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adhere to our in-house systems while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
